Module Overview
Module 1
We will discuss your importance as a professional; No Brokerage
Relationship, Single Agency, Transaction Brokerage and Transition to
Transaction Broker and how-to present the forms with confidence. As
a result of this seminar one agent in Hollywood Florida listed a
$685,000 home which sold in 8 days for full price! He was competing
against 17 other agents who didn't have the words!
Module 2a
We will discuss the 5 key ingredients to earning a 6 figure income
in real estate; The Common Denominators of the 6 figure income
earners; 26+ ways to develop your business and a professional
income.
Module 2b
We will discuss the time-tested dialogues for dealing with the For
Sale By Owner and the owner whose listing has expired. We will role
play objection strategies in this session.
*Module 3
We will discuss the paperwork that is required to be completed when
taking a listing. The forms will be handed out and completed in this
class. Please bring to this class, a 3 ring noted book (1")
and 50 sheet protectors (suggested Avery or C-Line)
Module 4
We will discuss the listing presentation. Several sample dialogues
will be reviewed. The Sellers Kit will also be discussed during this
session.
Module 5
We will discuss how-to service the listing and write
effective ads.
Module 6
We will discuss how-to market yourself and where to go to find the
products and marketing materials you will need to promote your
business.
*Module 7 & 8
You will be introduced to your sister companies. Representatives
from our Title Company and Mortgage Company will be present to
welcome you and provide you with important information on our
ancillary services.
Module 9
We will discuss how-to get an appointment with a buyer; how-to
counsel and pre-qualify a buyer and how-to demonstrate property. You
will learn how-to get a buyer to agree to an Exclusive Buyers
Representation Agreement with ease.
Module 10
We will discuss the paperwork that is necessary to be completed when
obtaining the sale. The forms will be handed out and completed in
this class. Please bring your 3 ring noted book to class (same
notebook used in module 3).
Module 11
We will discuss and role play many of the most common objections
that are sometimes raised by sellers and buyers. You will learn a
time-tested track and the actual words which have proven themselves
to yield predictable successful results over the years.
Module 12
You will learn how-to focus on money making activities and
time-management techniques. You will also develop a Business Plan
for You, Inc. In this module, please be prepared to discuss in
class, the specifics of your financial goals for your first year in
real estate. In addition, it is imperative that you ask your
manager, what the average selling price is in your market. Please
come to the class with that information.
