Keiser College

classes. Should you enroll in any of our "Pre" or "Post" licensing
courses and feel you are not 100% satisfied for any reason
whatsoever, at the end of the first 3 hours of the lecture, you may
request a *refund of your tuition – with no questions asked.
»»63 HOUR PRE-LICENSE COURSE I (SALES ASSOCIATES)
This is the only state required course for obtaining a Sales Associate’s license. The course
consists of 63 hours of classroom instruction which
includes a 3 hour end-of-course final examination which is issued by
the college. The course is given in several different formats.
You are encouraged to pickup your
textbooks at least 2 weeks prior to the class start date
»»45 & 60 HOUR
POST-LICENSE COURSES (SALES ASSOCIATE – 45 HOURS & BROKER – 60
HOURS)
These courses are
state required and must be completed by the Sales Associate or
Broker prior to the initial renewal of the license.
Failure to comply with this requirement could mean loss of license.
You are encouraged to pickup your
textbooks at least 2 weeks prior to the class start date
»»72 HOUR PRE-LICENSE COURSE II (BROKER)
This is the only
state required course for obtaining a Broker’s license. The course
consists of 72 hours of classroom instruction which includes a 3
hour end-of-course final examination which is issued by the
college. This course is offered in several different formats.

textbooks at least 2 weeks prior to the class start date
»»14 HOUR CONTINUING EDUCATION
This course is
state required and must be taken by all licensees whether a Sales
Associate or Broker, Active or In-Active. This course is required
to be completed prior to the renewing all licenses.
* $50 deposit will be deducted from
tuition for textbooks
